Received the Saturn today... It is performing now like it should have been when I first purchased it from that e-bay seller ....exceptionally well. Thank you for your hard work and honesty regarding the evaluation and repair of the console. Had I known about the company 2 years ago, I would have sent in my Dreamcast when it started up with it's disc read error issue rather than giving it away. Definitely will recommend OSG to anyone who is looking for a game console repair company that is dedicated towards customer satisfaction.

I want to thank you for providing this service. You must be the only commercial PS3 repair shop in the world? And what are the odds that it would be right here in Canada? I'm glad I did not have to reward Sony for their bad service by buying a 2nd Playstation 3.

Hey OSG, I received my Playstation 3 yesterday and gave it a test run last night for a few hours, everything seems to be working perfectly. You did an amazing job and thanks for not reformatting my hard drive by the way.. You've been nothing but professional and courteous throughout this whole ordeal and I just wanted to commend you and all the people behind the scenes at OSG for a job well done.

I just wanted to make a public "thank you" to Omnedon (OSG) and his excellent service. I knew he had a good rep, but I was surprised at the level of professionalism he displayed. From the moment we began discussing what kind of unit I wanted to the second it arrived at my door, I felt like I was dealing with a first class service provider.

The S-Video Genesis is unbelievably so much better than the standard rf output. I about fell over from shock with the superb quality of picture that the S-Video Genesis, Atari and Colecovision were displaying. Even the sound on the Atari and Colecovision are amazingly awesome. Who would have thought that such old technology could be revived with new(er) technology to bring the systems back to better working order than when they first came out?

It has been some time since you repaired my two Wii systems, both work great!!! I have recommended around 5 people that I am fairly close with to seek out your services as a result of my positive experience. Hope you get the extra business!

Just got the Wii last Tuesday - everything works great! It's funny though - the game I originally bought the wiikey to play, Naruto, Shippuden EX, is one of the two Japanese games that the chip has problems with! (audio streaming problem or something) - just my luck :( Anyways, I'm finding out the other benefits of having it and so far it's pretty cool - I've installed the mfe media player and snes9x and they are great. Just wanted to say thanks for all the help.
